Good food for a great price. Nice small town restaurant. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The pie and torte selection is AWESOME! Get a dessert to go, you'll be happy you did.
I have to admit this is a diner I kind of forgot about! It's a place I need to remember. Great diner experience. Breakfast, lunch and dinners available. Many lunches and diners include soup and salad bar, which are both pretty good! Today they had 1 soup on the salad bar, but they also had 2 more available (from the kitchen). Price was very reasonable! I think my Tips w/Noodles were something like $9, and that included unlimited soup and salad! Top that off with a nice selection on pies, cakes, bars and cookies. We each got a peanut butter cookie... and it was amazing!

We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. We liked it. Their burger buns and French fries were great. They bake fresh pie on daily basis.
I just had the best burger, mushroom and Swiss, that I've had all year. I'm sorry to say that I've been living in the area for a very long time and have found a "new" restaurant!
Looking for a breakfast place and for being a little hole in the wall, eggs were done right, sausage was good just a little disappointed with the apple cinnamon French toast. Not really what I was expecting. Trying out other breakfast spots but definitely on the short list.
I love it there the homely atmosphere and the friendly waiters are just great. Every time i go back is totally worth it. If you ever find your self in Manitowoc you should seriously consider going there to eat.
